Today is the last dayI get to spend at band camp…back to the real job tomorrow. We have been very
lucky with the weather most days; a little rain and quite a few clouds that
have held the temperature down. Except
for today…really hot.
I want to introduce
to you a friend…Jennika. She graduated
in 2007 and is now a student at MTSU.
Even though she is only one year away from High School she is back
investing in a group that made an impact on her life. I am so proud of her. She
was dedicated and faithful to the band and to do so she had to put in extra
effort. You see she spent all the hours
at the extra rehearsals and in addition worked a part-time job to make money to
cover all the fees. She is a great
example for others…wanting to be involved…putting in the time…sacrificing by
putting in extra time at a part-time job.
I can’t wait to see where she lands in life…I know she will do a great
job.
