Caution, all four views are important but, looking forward deserves our highest attention as neglecting this view can easily get us off course and even into accidents.
As leaders of teams, we need to remember that we often have the needed resources we just need to look. We also need to remember that resources that have been discarded by others could possibly be a great resource for us.
