5:30am Isn't That Early
5:30am isn't that early, really it is more like 4:45am, that's the time my alarm goes off every Thursday morning. Why? Because there is a tribe about to gather.
Today, a Thursday, was no different. The alarm went off at 4:45am. A few minutes later I was headed out the door and over our little mountain from Owens Cross Roads to the Huntsville Fleet Feet location.
It was there a group gathers to log a few miles. The running community in Huntsville is great and it includes this group, the Breakfast Club Run. Runners, male and female, fast and slow.
If you are looking to log a few miles on Thursday mornings, come join us. We take the first strides of our run at 5:30am. Most people run five miles but there are always shorter options. After the run most of us head over to the local Brueggers for a bagel and some coffee.
Here is the route we ran this morning.
