There May Be An Early Breakfast
In the almost 2 1/2 years of the Breakfast Club 256 we have never had to cancel due to weather. There was the one time we all got caught in a pop-up thunderstorm and had to run for cover at Sonic. Then there was the time only one other person showed up because it was raining pretty hard. And also, the time it was 17 degrees with an even lower windchill. But, we have never cancelled a Breakfast Club Run.
Tomorrow there is that chance of rain again in the forecast but we will not cancel unless the temperature takes a plunge and rain becomes ice.
If it is raining hard at 5:30 am then there may be an early breakfast. Instead of logging five miles we may decide to skip the run and find a place for an early breakfast.
