Too often we get caught up in "doing our job" to "work on our job".
At the performance, the audience will remember a great start but what they will stick with them most is how you finish.
When our teams come to our offices with an idea or a question the worst response we can give them is 'not giving a response.' Silence in these situations communicates loudly.
You can still be in charge of the meeting without speaking and you can definitely inspire the employees by sharing your passion for the company.

Honestly I hardly ever hear about an organization that has too few meetings, quite the opposite. But too few meetings can be just as harmful as too many.
