For this last week of Daylight Savings Time, I am keeping us off poorly illuminated sidewalks as much as possible and on less traveled neighborhood streets.
The route tomorrow keeps us away from sidewalks and dark greenways. It starts with a lap around a portion of the parking lot.
I am not a fan of running in the cold…there I said it, and by cold, I mean below 25 degrees. However, I am a bigger fan of NOT running on a treadmill.So…I run in the cold. If the thermometer reads in double digits I will run.
Thursdays come every week so it means a group with mutual interest, running, meet at Fleet Feet Huntsville at 5:30 AM to run five miles.
